Sri Madhu  padinjarayil, a philanthropist in Thalavil, handed over land worth half a crore rupees to Chakkarakkal Sevabharathi, who has been working sevanam as a worship to God. He has been involved in many seva activities and after performing the bhoomi pujan, he handed over the purchased property to Sri O Ragesh, Saha Karyavah of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Kannur Vibhag on behalf of Sevabharathi.
