Deseeya SevaBharati Kerala is committed to supporting its representative and affiliated organisations in five major sectors — education, healthcare, self-reliance, other social initiatives, and disaster-relief activities. For each project to be implemented effectively, it must be analysed and studied based on various parameters.
Deseeya SevaBharati Kerala conducts analysis and research on every project — whether already implemented, currently in progress, or successfully completed. Examples include studies on malnutrition, impact assessment of hostels, and evaluations such as the Mathruchaya (orphanage) study. The primary objective of these studies is to assess the changes the projects bring not only to the direct beneficiaries but also to the community in which they live.
These studies are carried out in three phases:
1.Initial Survey & Preliminary Study:
Conducting baseline surveys and primary studies to identify areas that require social intervention, enabling the design of projects according to local needs.
2.Project Implementation Phase
3.Impact Assessment & Outcome Evaluation:
The most important phase, where the results and influence of the projects are analysed.
Rastreeya SevaBharati Kerala conducts research and surveys on all its ongoing projects once every five years and submits the findings to Deseeya SevaBharati Keralam.
