Deseeya Sevabharathi Keralam understands that circumstances may arise which require the cancellation of an eMandate. We strive to provide a transparent and fair cancellation policy for our customers. Please review the following guidelines regarding cancellations:

Cancellation Period: Customers are allowed to cancel their eMandate within any day with the in period of mandate by initiating the email  to our official mail id.

Cancellation Process: To cancel an eMandate, customers must submit a cancellation request through  email. The request should include relevant details such as the account holder's name, eMandate reference number, registered mobile number and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy: If a cancellation request is made within the specified cancellation period,cancellation will be effective before next remittance but no refund allowed.

By initiating an eMandate with Deseeya Sevabharathi Keralam, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
