Training is a two-phase programme — the first phase is Training of Trainers (ToT), which focuses entirely on enhancing skills. The second phase is the training given to the beneficiaries.
Deseeya SevaBharati regularly organises training programmes to prepare trainers for the various projects it implements under its five major verticals: Education, Health, Self-reliance, Social Service, and Disaster Relief. In addition, training related to CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), FCRI (Field Coordination and Research Institute), and other statutory requirements mandated by the government is also provided.
In the field of social work, record-keeping and documentation are very important components. Through various training programmes, Deseeya SevaBharati offers necessary guidelines on proper maintenance of records and documentation to its representative and affiliated organisations.
Along with this, to uphold and promote our heritage, culture, and values, Deseeya SevaBharati also conducts special training programmes that support the initiatives undertaken by its representative and affiliated organisations.
