KKannur :  The 2026 Kannur District Workshop of Rashtriya Sevabharathi was held on Sunday, July 26, 2026, at the Kannur Chamber of Commerce Hall. The inaugural session, chaired by Sevabharathi Kannur District President Shri E. Mohanan, commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. District Treasurer Shri Vipin V. C. delivered the welcome address, while District General Secretary Shri K. Ramakrishnan presented the annual report. The workshop began with a video message from Sevabharathi Kerala State General Secretary Dr. Sreeram Shankar. The workshop was attended by a large number of functionaries, including office-bearers of Sevabharathi units across the district and members of the district and state committees. Detailed sessions were conducted on the need for adapting service activities to contemporary circumstances, organizational growth, working methodologies, and innovative approaches in the field of service. Sessions focusing on the organization's vision, mission, values, organizational culture, and social impact were conducted with the objective of enhancing the effectiveness of functionaries and strengthening organizational development, while emphasizing the values of ethics, spirit of service, and commitment. The sessions were led by Shri E. Mohanan on Vision and Mission, Shri K. Ramakrishnan on Values and Culture, and Adv. Neeraj M. on Impact Analysis. State Secretary Shri M. Rajeevan explained various state-level initiatives and projects.

District Treasurer Shri Vipin V. C. presented the annual action plan and targets for 2026–27. Subsequently, Kannur Vibhag Sah Seva Pramukh Shri Prajith P announced the 26-member district team for 2026–27, led by Shri K. Ramakrishnan as President, Shri Vipin V. C. as General Secretary, and Shri P. Dineshan as Treasurer. Shri M. Sharath Chandran assumed charge as District Organization Secretary.

State Secretary Satyabhama Teacher delivered the Seva Sandesh. Shri T. P. Rajeevan, Convener of the Health Department, proposed the vote of thanks.
