IInternational Yoga Day was celebrated extensively in various units of 14 districts of Kerala under the leadership of Seva Bharathi. Eminent yoga teachers led yoga training in the Yoga Day programs organized in various areas. The Yoga Day celebration programs were organized with the aim of promoting a healthy lifestyle and mental and physical well-being in the society.
