WWayanad: The Wayanad district unit of Seva Bharati organized an awareness session on 'Suposhith' (good nutrition). The event, held at the Seva Bharati district office, began with a welcome address by District Secretary P. K. Bharathi. State Vice President M. D. Shyamala presided over the session. C. Unnikrishnan led the awareness class, which covered the importance of nutrition for a healthy life, as well as the significance of balanced and nutrient-rich dietary habits. Seva Bharati volunteers from various units across the district participated in the session. District Secretary V. A. Suresh delivered the vote of thanks.
