WWayanad : With the objective of women empowerment and self-reliance, the Tailoring Training and Production Centre — established by Sevabharathi Kerala in collaboration with the K.Chittilappilly Foundation — was inaugurated at the Sevabharathi Wayanad District Office. This initiative aims to ensure livelihood opportunities in the rehabilitation areas of Wayanad district, providing skill training for women from economically weaker sections. The center will also guide trainees toward market access and self-employment opportunities upon completion of the course. The function was presided over by District President K. Sathyan Nair, and was inaugurated by Sevabharathi State Committee Member M.D. Shyamala. District Swavalamban Coordinator Shashidharan delivered the welcome address, State Secretary V.M. Mohanan conveyed the message of service, and District General Secretary V.A. Suresh proposed the vote of thanks.
