MMananthavady : Mananthavady and Edavaka Sevabharathi Units, in association with the Vidyaniketan Mathrubharathi District Committee, jointly organised a Suposhan awareness programme and nutrition exhibition as part of the Suposhit Bharat initiative. The programme was held at the Pazhassi Vidyaniketan School Auditorium in Thonichal, with Mathrubharathi District President Sheela Sivan presiding over the function. Dr. Rose Antony (CMC, Vellore) inaugurated the programme. Ms. Saneesha Abhilash, Project Coordinator of Vivekananda Medical Mission, led an awareness session highlighting the importance of proper nutrition and healthy dietary practices.
Teachers, students, parents from various Vidyaniketan schools, and Sevabharathi volunteers participated in the nutrition exhibition. The event provided a platform to create awareness about the importance of a balanced diet and healthy eating habits for a healthier life.
M. R. Manoj, Secretary of Mananthavady Sevabharathi Unit, delivered the welcome address, while Baburajan, Secretary of Edavaka Sevabharathi Unit, proposed the vote of thanks.
