WWayanad : Mananthavady and Edavaka Sevabharathi units, in association with the Vidyanikethan Mathrubharati District Committee, jointly organized a Suposhit Bharat awareness programme and nutrition exhibition at the Pazhassi Vidyanikethan School Auditorium, Thonichal. The programme was presided over by Sheela Sivan, District President of Mathrubharati. Dr. Rose Antony (MBBS, MPH (UK), DFID, Diabetology, CMC Vellore) inaugurated the programme. Saneesha Abhilash, ICMR Tele-Stroke Project Coordinator at Vivekananda Medical Mission, conducted the awareness session, highlighting the importance of healthy lifestyle practices and balanced, nutritious food habits. Teachers, students and parents from various Vidyanikethan schools, along with Sevabharathi volunteers, participated in the nutrition exhibition and awareness programme. P. K. Manoj, Secretary of Mananthavady Sevabharathi, delivered the welcome address, while Babarajan, Secretary of Edavaka Sevabharathi, proposed the vote of thanks.
