TThiruvananthapuram: The inauguration of the Ashraya Kendra of Sevabharathi Kottukal Samiti was performed by Sevabharathi Thiruvananthapuram District General Secretary Mr. C. Sajithkumar at a meeting chaired by the Samiti Chairman Dr. Rajasekharan. Blood donation and a medical camp were held in connection with the inauguration of the Ashraya Kendra. Ward member Mrs. Sreelatha offered her best wishes at the meeting.
Sasthamangalam Sri Ramakrishna Mission Hospital received blood donations from 25 people. Thiruvananthapuram Sri Netra Eye Hospital diagnosed 51 people with eye diseases and selected 4 people for free cataract surgery. Pattom Meditrina Hospital diagnosed 46 people with respiratory diseases and Cipla Pharma provided free medicines to patients.
Sasthamangalam Skin Infinity Clinic conducted skin disease tests for 19 people and provided necessary medicines free of cost.
