TTHRISSUR ; As part of the Kodungallur Bharani festival, where lakhs of devotees are expected to gather on March 19, 20, and 21, Seva Bharati volunteers have once again geared up with extensive service arrangements, continuing their tradition from previous years. Facilities such as drinking water, medical assistance, and ambulance services have been arranged to warmly welcome devotees. In addition, a continuous annadanam (free food distribution) is being organized throughout the three days without interruption. The inauguration of the services was held on March 19 at 9:30 AM at the annadanam pavilion. Chief patron Rajaraja Sri Kunjunni Raja lit the ceremonial lamp to mark the beginning of the event. The meeting was presided over by Prof. P. Narayanankutty Menon, Chairman of the Annadanam Yajna Committee. Working Chairman Major General P. Vivekanandan delivered the introductory speech, and the inauguration was performed by Cochin Devaswom Board President Shri K. Ravindran. Mataji Sangameshananda Saraswati, head of Irinjalakuda Sri Rudrapeetham Math, delivered the benedictory address. Cochin Devaswom Board members Shri K.P. Ajayan and Shri K.K. Sureshbabu, along with Temple Advisory Committee President Shri K.K. Bharathan, extended their felicitations.

Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Seema Jagaran National Protector Shri A. Gopalakrishnan delivered the message of service.  General Convener of the Annadanam Yajna Committee Shri O.N. Unnikrishnan welcomed the gathering, and Treasurer Shri O.P. Suresh expressed the vote of thanks. Seva Bharati Thrissur District Treasurer Nouf C Paraykkal also attended the function.
