KKodungallur: A three-day continuous Annadhana Mahayajna has begun under the leadership of Seva Bharathi Kodungallur. This is the 18th consecutive year that the Annadhana Mahayajna associated with Meena Bharani has been being held under the leadership of Seva Bharathi Kodungallur. For three consecutive days, about two lakh devotees will be provided with Annadana facilities, drinking water facilities, medical assistance (Homeo, Ayurveda, Allopathy), and the services of more than 20 doctors and nurses. Ambulance assistance and an information center have been set up here under the leadership of Seva Bharathi.
The filling of the kalavara of this year's for Annadhana was held yesterday evening. Rajaraja Sri. Kunjunniraja Thirumanas performed the lighting of the lamp of the Annadana Mandapam. Professor P. Narayanankutty Menon delivered the presiding speech. Sri. K. Raveendran (President of Bahu Cochin Devaswom Board) inaugurated the function.
