
<Ernakulam: The joint seva projects of Sevabharathi and the K. Chittilappilly Foundation (Thalachaykkānnoridam and Santhwanasparsham ) are entering their second phase.
In this phase, under the Thalachaikkānnoridam project, 100 houses will be constructed, and under the Santhwanasparsham project, 8 therapy centers will begin functioning in four districts (two centers in each district, totaling eight therapy centers). The agreement (MOU) for this was received by Sevabharathi State Treasurer Smt. P. R. Rajimol and State Secretary Sri Sureshkumar K. from K. Chittilappilly Foundation Executive Director Jayaraj at a function held at the Foundation’s office in Ernakulam. In the first phase, four Santhwanasparsham therapy centers were completed and made operational in two districts (Kannur and Pathanamthitta). Under the Thalachaykkān Oru Idam project, 60% of the targeted 100 houses have already been completed and handed over, and construction of the remaining 40 houses is progressing, with plans to finish and hand them over by October 2025.
