Kerala Governor inaugurated Santhwana Sparsham Therapy Center

PPathanamthitta: The special project "Santhwana Sparsham" implemented by the Deseeya Seva Bharathi and K Chittilappilly Foundation with the help of the Honorable Kerala Governor Shri. Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar inaugurated at the Konni Sabari balika Sadanam. In his inaugural speech, Governor Rajendran Vishwanath Arlekar said that the Raj Bhavan is always with Seva Bharathi, which is building the nation through selfless service. The aim of the Seva Bharathi Santhwana Sparsham project is to provide services like physiotherapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy in rural areas. The Governor inaugurated the third center in Kerala and the first in Pathanamthitta district for children suffering from autism and cerebral palsy and other patients who need physiotherapy.

The function was presided over by Seva Bharathi District President Adv. B Ashok Kumar and he indicated that the second center in Pathanamthitta will be started at Nallad in Iraviperoor Panchayat. National Seva Bharathi State General Secretary Dr. Sriram Shankar explained the project and its functioning. K Chittilappilly Foundation Executive Director Dr. George Sleeba spoke at the meeting and spoke about various projects being worked on in association with Seva Bharathi. K Chittilappilly Foundation Director S. M. Vinod, Saksham District Secretary C. Sreekumar, Sabari Balika Sadan Secretary C. Suresh Kumar, Konni Panchayat Member Sr. C. S. Soman spoke at the meeting.
