The palliative basic training conducted by The Deseeya Seva Bharathi, Palakkad, is a three-day training programme led by Mr. Jose Pulimoottil on February 9-11. It is designed to teach volunteers the basics of palliative care. These include socioeconomic and emotional issues, communication, spirituality, and community participation in palliative care.
