MMalappuram : Antyeshti Karma Training Conducted as Part of Chithagni Project. As part of the Chithagni Project, Sevabharathi Athavanad and Gurupadam, Irinjalakuda, jointly organized a training programme on Antyeshti Karma (last rites) at the Mathummal Shiva Temple Hall. Around 120 people from the local community participated in the programme. The Panchayat Secretary delivered the welcome address, while Khand Pramukh Velayudhan and Sanghamandal Karyavahak Shiju Chandanakkavu conveyed their greetings and best wishes. Acharya Girish conducted a detailed session on Antyeshti Karma, followed by an interactive doubt-clearing session on practices and superstitions associated with post-death rituals. After lunch, practical training on Antyeshti Karma was conducted under the leadership of Abhilash K. P. The programme concluded at 4:00 PM with Shanti Mantra.
