MMalappuram : In memory of Padmavathi Amma, land and house handed over to Sevabharati. Setting a model for preserving the memory of their mother and promoting charitable activities, the Elaveedu family of Nariparamba has donated their own land and house. The children of the late Elaveedu Govindan Kutty Nair and Padmavathi Amma, from Nariparamba desam in Kalady village of Ponnani taluk, have handed over their property to Seva Bharati. Elaveedu Saraswathi, Pottakkalathil Madhavikutty, Puthumanappulli Lakshmi Devi, and Elaveedu Latha jointly carried out this noble act. They donated 15.74 cents of land along with the house situated on it. A service center named “P.K. Govindan Kutty and Padmavathi Amma Memorial” will be constructed on this land to preserve the memory of the late Padmavathi Amma.
