TThe summer camp for children “ Kaliyum Karyavum ” - A place where entertainment and learning come together.
The camp, which lasted for a full day, was about inculcating in the children the promises of tomorrow, including games, crafts, yoga, painting, music and dance, along with rural knowledge, the values that children need to pay attention to in social life, and civic sense. The camp was organized for the children under the leadership of Seva Bharathi Kallara Samiti in association with Sree Saraswathi Vidya Mandir School, Karikode. Seva Bharathi Kallara unit vice-president Jayesh D Nair presided over the inaugural function and was inaugurated by Sri Ranjith.R (Principal, Karikode Sree Saraswathi Vidya Mandir).
Arjun PS (Assistant Manager, Sri Saraswathi Vidya Mandir Karikode) extended his greetings. Dr. T.R. Jayalakshmi Ammal, District Vice President, Deseeya Seva Bharathi, Kottayam, delivered the Seva Sandesam at the training camp attended by 108 children of different age groups. Shri K.T. Unnikrishnan (Manager, Karikode Sri Saraswathi Vidya Mandir) also gave a congratulatory message. J. Dinesh (Deseeya Seva Bharathi District General Secretary), Jijimol.A.M. (Unit President), Sajikumar M.K. (Unit Secretary), Unnikrishnan V.R. (Deseeya Seva Bharathi District Secretary), Aswathy Vibin, Sumi K. Sukumaran and Sulakshana S. Babu (Teaching Staff Sri Saraswathi Vidya mandir Karikode) participated as trainers.
