KKasaragod: A Proud Achievement for Kasaragod in the Field of Blood Donation. Between October 1, 2025, and September 30, 2026, Seva Bharati—through its 'Jeevamrutham' (Nectar of Life) initiative—supplied 1,044 units of blood to the Kasaragod General Hospital. With this contribution, Seva Bharati secured the top position among all organizations providing blood to the district hospital's blood bank. This year, the Kasaragod General Hospital received a state-level award for collecting the highest volume of blood among district hospital blood banks in Kerala. The support of voluntary organizations, including Seva Bharati, played a crucial role in achieving a total collection of over 6,000 units of blood. Seva Bharati Kasaragod was honored with a certificate of appreciation for its exemplary service in mobilizing the largest number of blood donors.
Over the course of the year, the 'Jeevamrutham' initiative facilitated the donation of a total of 1,748 units of blood. By coordinating voluntary blood donors for this noble, life-saving mission, the project provides an invaluable service to society.
