KKannur: Retired DFO and Sevabharathi Kannur District Patron Shri O Jayarajan IFS handed over the keys of the house built for Mrs. Rashmi N, a native of Kurumathur Mazhur, and her family under the Thalachaikkanoridam project implemented by the Deseeya Sevabharathi and K. Chittilappally Foundation at Unnipoil in Koonam.
