Sevabharathi Mayyanad Samiti and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh activists cleaned the Umayanallur temple pond. The activists of Mayyanad have implemented the service for the public by cleaning and protecting the temple ponds which are water reservoirs during the severe summer scarcity of water.
