KKozhikode: The 17th Ward of Kozhikode Medical College was cleaned by Sevabharti. National Seva Bharati Kozhikode District General Secretary Mohanan led the cleaning program, 21 people including Seva Bharati workers from various units of the district and students of Bharat College participated.
Fan, beds, verandah and bathroom of 17th ward were cleaned by Seva Bharati workers.
Sevabharati is doing many service activities centered on Kozhikode Government Medical College, which is the only recourse for needy patients.
For the past 30 years, Seva Bharati has been able to provide porridge for breakfast to the patients and attendants of the medical college and lunch to the leukemia ward. Volunteers who are dedicated to Sevabharati Karma are always ready at Medical College Casualty. In addition, Sevabharati also provides accommodation facilities for the congregants of patients in Sevabharati's Sevamandir.
Sevabharati District General Secretary Shri Mohanan said, "Sevabharati will always be there as a help to those who come to Kozhikode Government Medical College, where even the common people of the society can rely."
