
BBengaluru : A significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between the Indian Institute of Plantation Management (IIPM), Bengaluru—under the Union Ministry of Commerce and Industry—and Seva Bharati Kerala. Through this collaboration, 'Vaibhavashrees' in Kerala will receive support for sustainable livelihoods and entrepreneurial ventures rooted in the agriculture and plantation sectors.
Under this joint initiative, IIPM will provide academic and technical expertise and support to develop agriculture-based livelihood opportunities, promote entrepreneurship, impart technical and business training, and facilitate domestic and international market linkages. Dr. Sriram Shankar (State General Secretary, Seva Bharati Kerala), Rajeev (Secretary, Seva Bharati North Karnataka), and Rishav Sahay (Rashtriya Seva Bharati) participated in the ceremony held at the IIPM campus in Bengaluru.
