DDr. K. V. Krishnanachchan, a native of Chottanikkara, donated 20.5 cents of land and a 1200 sq. ft. house in his own name at Chottanikkara to Sevabharathi in a meeting held on 16/09/2025. Sevabharathi State Vice President Sri P. K. Unnikrishnan received the title deeds of the house and land from Dr. K. V. Krishnanachchan. An Australian citizen, Krishnanachchan used to visit the Mathruchhaya Balabhavan at Chovvara whenever he came to Kerala. During his visit to Mathruchhaya last March, he expressed his consent to donate the house and land to Sevabharathi.
At the land donation ceremony, VM Rajeev, Sevapramukh of Kochi Metropolitan area, along with district and unit office bearers of Sevabharathi, participated.
