EErnakulam: In the memory of Swargeeya Bhavani Amma, Veliyathunadu Njanur Math, his son V.K. Unnikrishnan and his sister Geetha Unnikrishnan donated 16.50 cents of land to Seva Bharathi at a cultural gathering organized in conjunction with the Attipuzhakkavu festival. The land, worth over Rs. 40 lakhs, near the Attipuzhakkavu temple is being provided free of cost to those who do not own their own land through Seva Bharathi.
Seva Bharathi District Vice President Prakashanji and Manya Khand Sanghchalak K. Gopalakrishnan Kunji jointly received the consent form. Seva Bharathi Unit President Anil Kumar, committee members S.B. Jayakumar and M. Raghunath were present.
Seva Bharathi will identify the deserving people based on the criteria and hand over the land in the coming days.
