DDistrict level apath seva training....
The Apath Seva (Disaster Management) training for key workers in Idukki , Palakkad ,Malappuram , Kozhikkod districts was conducted online for five days from February 27 to March 2 (via Google Meet) and on March 3 in Adimali , Kallekkad , Manchery and Kozhikod from morning to evening. A number of skilled individuals had come as district-level trainers in the training held in nine subjects. The volunteers were given detailed classes on disasters, relief activities, preparedness, follow-up activities, coordination with government agencies, civic duty in disaster situations, first aid, experiences of disaster management activities in the past, and clearing doubts.
The training programmes were attended by state and district office bearers of Rashtriya Sevabharati and karyakartas of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.
