AAlappuzha: A two-day training workshop was organized for Sukritam Palliative Care volunteers. A two-day training workshop was organized for Sukritam Palliative Care volunteers on 30th and 31st May 2026 at Sree Chakkulathamma Auditorium under the leadership of Seva Bharathi Alappuzha District. At the closing ceremony, Seva Bharathi Alappuzha District Secretary R. S. Satheesh welcomed the participants. Dr. Vinod Krishnan Namboothiri, Chief Medical Officer, Punnapra Government Ayurveda Hospital, inaugurated the program. Seva Bharathi Alappuzha District Vice President R. Balagopal presided over the function.
Seva Bharathi Kerala Sukritam Palliative Training Department Director Mr. Jose Pulimoottil and Seva Bharathi Kerala Nursing Coordinator Mrs. Archana led the training classes. Training was provided on various aspects of palliative care, patient care methods and responsibilities of volunteers.
Certificates were distributed to the volunteers who successfully completed the training. Seva Bharathi District Secretary M. S. Madhusoodanan expressed his gratitude.
