Gopakumar, Registrar, Kerala University of Health Sciences, said that while working in the social service sector, one has to approach two types of people, emotional and mental, and in such situations, one should be able to serve by including both. He was speaking while inaugurating the training camp held on 13/11/2024 at Thrissur Sahitya Akademi Hall for the ambulance drivers and workers of Deseeya Sevabharathi Keralam. He also mentioned that work culture should be acquired by understanding things with punctuality and moderation. State Secretaries K. Suresh Kumar, M.
