AA free eye check-up camp conducted jointly by Thiruvanvandoor Sevabharathi unit, Eramallikkara Primary Health Centre and the mobile eye department in Alappuzha district was held at vanavadukkara temple auditorium. About 100 people participated in the examination at the camp, of which eleven were prescribed surgery and twenty-nine were prescribed a mirror as a follow-up treatment. Unit president Advocate K Gopakumar presided over the meeting and 13th ward member Kala Ramesh inaugurated the meeting. Ophthalmologist Dr Navjeevan led the awareness class. Activists of Sevabharati and Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh led the camp.
